Every record in the Images database has the following fields:

• Key (identifies the object, links with Objects database)
• Filename (the name assigned to the file)
• Size (the size of the file, in kilobytes)
• Folder (in which the image is stored)
• CDSource (the source file from which the image is derived)
• Caption
• Web (to mark those images that are used in the web version of the Virtual Museum).
